Acapulco
- 2oz. light rum
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. superfine sugar
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 egg white
- slice of pineapple for
garnish
Take all ingredients and place in a shaker. Shake well and strain into glass with crushed ice and garnish.
